Raghuveer Vyas is an implementation strategy and climate policy associate at Climate Analytics. His support on activities includes, but is not limited to, policy analyses, stakeholder engagement, GCF Readiness activities, and NDC revision, implementation planning, and financing. This work has spanned across sub-Saharan Africa, the Caribbean, and South Asia. In the DOWN2EARTH project, Raghuveer is supporting in the analysis of policies at the local, national, and regional levels pertaining to climate change, drought, and water management.
In 2020, Raghuveer attained a Bachelor of Arts in Global Liberal Studies (with a concentration in Politics, Rights & Development) from New York University. His undergraduate thesis explored the state of Northern Kenyan pastoralist systems in the era of anthropogenic climate change. Currently based in Kenya, Raghuveer aims to begin his Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy at the Fletcher School – Tufts University in Autumn 2022. On DOWN2EARTH, Raghuveer is working on policy research.
